Se refiere al lugar donde est\u00e1 ubicado nuestro centro de gravedad,pero adem\u00e1s de all\u00ed parte cualquier movimiento de nuestro cuerpo; s\u00ed, como lo oyes, para mover un brazo o una pierna primero debe haber una estabilidad de nuestro centro, de ah\u00ed la importancia de un CORE funcional. <\/p><p>Y no, no se refiere \u00fanicamente a los m\u00fasculos abdominales como muchas veces creemos, est\u00e1 compuesto por 29 pares de m\u00fasculos estabilizadores de la columna vertebral y la pelvis, entre ellos tenemos: la musculatura de piso p\u00e9lvico, el transverso abdominal y los mult\u00edfidos; musculatura en la que hacemos tanto \u00e9nfasis en el entrenamiento de piso p\u00e9lvico y en nuestras clases de ejercicio funcional.<\/p><h2 class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-background wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-para-que-me-sirve-trabajar-el-core\" style=\"background-color:#4e87a0\">\u00bfPara qu\u00e9 me sirve trabajar el CORE?<\/h2><p>Como vimos en el p\u00e1rrafo anterior, si desde el centro parten todos movimientos, entonces tener un CORE competente har\u00e1 que haya mayor eficiencia en cada movimiento: en la aceleraci\u00f3n, desaceleraci\u00f3n y en la establidad este. Esto se traduce en:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Prevenci\u00f3n de lesiones osteomusculares<\/li><li>Reduce el dolor y la incapacidad funcional<\/li><li>Previene el dolor lumbar<\/li><li>Mejora el rendimiento deportivo <\/li><\/ul><p>Estas son s\u00f3lo algunas razones m\u00e1s para fortalecer el CORE, as\u00ed que no es s\u00f3lo un asunto est\u00e9tico; por lo que te propongo que lo pienses m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de querer un abdomen &#8220;marcado&#8221;<\/p><h2 class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-background wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-como-puedo-trabajar-el-core\" style=\"background-color:#4e87a0\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo puedo trabajar el CORE?<\/h2><p>Entre los ejercicios m\u00e1s conocidos para fortalecer el CORE tenemos:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Las planchas y sus variantes<\/li><li>Ejercicios en planos inestables como el fitball, tronco 5P, miniball, bos\u00fa.<\/li><li>Los hipopresivos<\/li><\/ul><p>Y entre las t\u00e9cnicas que mayor \u00e9nfasis tienen en este centro y que adem\u00e1s recomiendo est\u00e1n el Pilates y el yoga.<\/p><h2 class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-background wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-como-se-relaciona-el-core-con-el-piso-pelvico\" style=\"background-color:#4e87a0\">C\u00f3mo se relaciona el CORE con el piso p\u00e9lvico?<\/h2><p class=\"has-white-background-color has-background\">C\u00f3mo hemos mencionado, adem\u00e1s de estar entre el grupo de m\u00fasculos que conocemos como CORE, es necesario un abdomen competente para poder gestionar todas las fuerzas en nuestro cuerpo. Un abdomen d\u00e9bil se traducir\u00e1 en una sobrecarga para el piso p\u00e9lvico durante cada esfuerzo que realices, incluso toser, s\u00ed, no hablo s\u00f3lo de levantamiento de cargas, que es otra manera de aumentar la presi\u00f3n intrabdominal. Qu\u00e9 pasa entonces si le pongo esta tarea extra a mi perin\u00e9 frecuentemente? Lo m\u00e1s probable es que haya da\u00f1o en el tejido conectivo y se debilite a\u00fan m\u00e1s este grupo de m\u00fasculos y esto se traducir\u00e1 en posibles incontinencias u otras disfunciones de piso p\u00e9lvico.<\/p><p>Si tengo un CORE fuerte y  FUNCIONAL, entonces cuidar\u00e9 al piso p\u00e9lvico de sobrecargas, y adem\u00e1s de por s\u00ed esta musculatura estar\u00eda tambi\u00e9n fuerte por los entrenamientos dirigidos al CORE.<\/p><p>Entonces, si te gusta entrenar ya sabes!!, no olvides dentro de tu rutina un trabajo enfocado en el CORE, y si no has entrenado antes, recuerda asesorarte de un profesional en el tema para que sepa recomendar los ejercicios m\u00e1s adecuados para t\u00ed!<\/p><p><\/p><p><\/p><p><em>Bibliograf\u00eda:  W.B.
